During this unanticipated and unprecedented time, the health and safety of our clients is our utmost priority. Like you, we have entered uncharted territory with the spread of Coronavirus and efforts to stop its growth.
While the guidelines imposed by COVID-19 make gathering together for planning, reviewing, and signing documents more challenging, we have adapted our procedures to ensure clients can get the estate planning documents they need. We understand that the current circumstances may have you feeling anxious about not having an estate plan in place.
So long as there are no Shelter in Place or Stay Safe-Stay Home orders in place, it is still possible to continue to meet in person. We are rigorously disinfecting our conference room and abiding by the CDC guidelines regarding social distancing.
However, when these orders are in place, we can work with you remotely. We can also work with you remotely at your request even when these orders are not in place.
How remote estate planning works:
Our initial consultation can be held via phone or video conference. Once we are retained, we will prepare your estate plan package and electronically send the documents to you for review. We can discuss any revisions and clarify any questions via telephone, video conference, or email.
Once final edits to your documents are made, we will send you final printed documents and instructions regarding signing the documents.
How do I get started?
Step 1: Request and schedule an introductory phone or video conference consultation. You can contact Tom via email at email@example.com or via phone at 254-307-8463. You can contact Mindi at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 254-307-2928. You can also use our contact form.
Step 2: Tom or Mindi will contact you to introduce our practice. They will answer any questions you may have about the process, give you an overview of the estate planning process, get to know your specific needs, and provide you with a flat fee quote for your custom estate plan package.
Normand Bozeman Zanowiak, PLLC looks forward to working with you.
