Ways We Work With Other Attorneys

Are you an out of state attorney contemplating an ancillary probate in Texas?

A traditional ancillary administration that most out of state attorneys are familiar with is rarely necessary in Texas.  If you have an administration open in your state, typically an ancillary probate filing is sufficient to transfer title to Texas real property (which consists of filing exemplified copies of the original probate proceeding in each county in which the out of state decedent owned real property).  We provide advice regarding how to proceed in Texas and are able to assist with the necessary filings.  There are minimal situations involving a Texas ancillary which require the physical presence of an attorney, however, we are available to attend hearings.  As a general rule, we service counties with county seats within 100 miles of Temple, TX.

Are you an out of state attorney considering an original probate of a foreign will in Bell County, or a county surrounding Bell County?

We can prepare the hearing documents and attend any necessary hearings.  As a general rule, we service counties with county seats within 100 miles of Temple, TX.

Are you in the state of Texas and serving a client in Bell County, or a county surrounding Bell County, and in need of an attorney to attend a probate or guardianship hearing on your behalf?

As a general rule, we service counties with county seats within 100 miles of Temple, TX for a flat fee.

Are you an experienced estate planner with a practice that has little room for routine probate/guardianship/estate planning matters?

Please contact us about working together.

Are you an experienced estate planner with more volume than allows you to take some of the matters that you’d like to say “yes” to?

Please contact us about working together.

Are you a solo practitioner or do you practice in a firm without a guardianship, trusts and estates, estate planning, or nonprofit formation practice?

You can maintain your client relationship while we provide services in the practice area in which you are void.

Are you in state or out of state and familiar with nonprofit entity formation, but unfamiliar with obtaining a federal tax exemption?

After you form the nonprofit entity, we are able to assist you or your client with the Application for Exemption (Form 1023).  We are also able to assist with forming a Texas nonprofit entity should you be unfamiliar with that process.
